🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
We ship across all locations in India via trusted delivery partners. International shipping is currently unavailable.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Made-to-order items may take longer, as mentioned on the product page.
3. Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–7 business days
Non-Metro Areas: 4–10 business days
(Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier issues.)
4. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499
Orders below ₹499: ₹40 shipping fee
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 COD charge
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If undelivered, the product may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Original invoice must be provided.
- We may also request a video proof of the unboxing if required.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless damaged or wrongly delivered.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us at support@charmiqjewellery.com or WhatsApp +91 9082501985 within 2 days of receiving your order.
Mention your order number and share clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with approval or further instructions.
Once approved:
For damaged/incorrect products: we’ll arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping.
For other cases: the customer is responsible for shipping the item back.
4. Refunds
Refunds/store credits are issued after inspection of the returned item.
- Refund if applicable will be issued to the original source of payment in case of prepaid orders and to the specified bank account in case of COD orders.
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, unless already processed or shipped.
No cancellations allowed for sale or customized items.
