2. Is the jewellery real gold or silver?

No. Our jewellery is imitation and made from high-quality materials like copper, brass, alloy, and plated with gold, silver, or rhodium finishes to give the real look and feel without the price tag.

3. Is Charmiq jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewellery is generally skin-friendly. However, since individual skin sensitivities vary, we recommend doing a patch test if you have a history of metal allergies.

4. How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order by:

  2. Selecting your preferred product.

  3. Adding it to your cart.

  4. Proceeding to checkout with your delivery details and preferred payment option.

5. What payment methods are accepted?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in select locations

6. Do you ship all over India?

Yes! We offer pan-India delivery to most pincodes via trusted courier partners.

7. What are the shipping charges and delivery time?
  • Shipping Charges: Free on orders above ₹499. A nominal charge applies for smaller orders.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3-10 business days depending on your location.

8. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. We offer 7-day easy returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re very sorry! Please email us at support@charmiqjewellery.com or WhatsApp us with a unboxing video of the product within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track it from the "My Orders" section of your Charmiq account.

11. How do I care for my jewellery?

To ensure longevity:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetics.

  • Store in a dry, airtight box.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth.

12. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You can initiate a return after delivery.
